Refunds for player registration fees are subject to the following policy:

• Players withdrawing before December 1st will receive a full refund less a $25 processing fee.
• Players withdrawing between December 1st and the first day of practice/evaluations for medical reasons will receive a full refund less a $25 processing fee.
• Players withdrawing between December 1st and the first day of practice/evaluations for non-medical reasons will receive a 50% refund.
• Players withdrawing after the first day of practice/evaluations for medical reasons will receive a proportionate refund as determined by the Crusaders Board.
• Players withdrawing after the first day of practice/evaluations for non-medical reasons will not receive a refund.
